Stopped working
This worked okay until it didn’t, the wifi stopped connecting and there’s no visual when I click on the app anymore (there used to be, it’s just stopped working!)

Doesn’t work anymore
Worked fine for a while but stopped after iOS 26 and no update in sight.
Intermittently displays camera
The app connects to the device no problem by WiFi but then 8 out of 10 times the app won’t display the camera feed. Got it to display a couple of times but even then after a few minutes the display froze and I’d restart and then nothing would show on the app.
Wish I could give a 0 rating
What are yall doing. Why doesn’t this app work. Literally paid for this product for nothing. I can’t even use it without the app.

It doesn’t show the wifi selection on iOS18.6.2. Please check the basic functionality with the latest iOS release.

It works overall and love how helpful the features are! But for all the reviews saying it freezes, it does that when it isn’t charged.
Use HND
This app is absolute garbage, but you can use HND and that application has absolutely no legs whatsoever and redeemed my faith in the product
Doesn’t work
The app does not work when you click connect. It brings you into permissions rather than choosing a Wi-Fi network. Nothing can be done and when you click on, enter Wi-Fi network, it just goes back to the other screen. No customer service no way to contact them.

This app does not work. I cannot use the ear cleaner I purchased and now I have to go to all the trouble of returning the goods. If I were you I would buy a different product and save yourself the frustration and hassle. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED!
Ok device
Where do one buy replacement parts? I charged and turned on my device and it’s very blurry! I don’t know how to fix it, it’s cleaned as well. The scoop could be a little bit better in design, and I’m not too sure if it’s worth price.
App won’t connect to Wi-Fi
When I first got it, it connected to Wi-Fi and worked great. I tried to use it again and the app keeps opening in Wi-Fi and it shows I’m allowing the connection, but it won’t connect. I’ve removed and redownloaded 3 times. Still the same issue. What’s going on?

App is useless can not connect to camera or anything other than Siri and search. Not worth you money.
