I played this game a while back and wanted to get back into it, but I had an issue with the updates from a previous app version and I needed to reinstall it. I wasn’t able to recover the account ID so i thought my username was lost forever, but I reached out to the support line through their official Facebook page and they helped me recover the account! Very grateful to them for the assistance. Now I don’t have to restart from scratch.

Lost everything :/
I too am a victim, I was genuinely such an avid player as well, I’m so upset.
It’s been awhile but last time I tried logging back in after a break to update the game all my stuff was gone and it seemed like the game was under different management, it didn’t even have an option to log back in with Apple or email
I really am upset, I’ll probably never play this game again because of it.
I really did work hard for that account I played so often and played almost every event and tried my hardest to get high scores, I was always in the top 5 at least :/ well it was fun while it lasted I guess.

Has its insecurities.
Super fun game—kills time. However, it keeps buffering while I’m playing, and I die constantly. Needs improvement.

I tried opening the app only for it to tell me it needed an update. I went to check my updates, and it wasn’t there. After looking around, I found out I had to reinstall it entirely, even though I already had it downloaded. New app, I guess…??
When I finally got back in, it wouldn’t let me log in. I remember the email and password tied to the account, but I don’t remember my username, and apparently that wasn’t saved anywhere. I am unbelievably upset. This used to be my go to game, and now everything is lost.. It was super fun to play when it was actually playable, but now it isn’t. Luckily, I never made any in game purchases, but I genuinely feel bad for the people who did. I’m going to try reaching out for help, but all I’ve been hearing from other players is that nobody is getting a response. 😐
