New update…
I tried opening the app only for it to tell me it needed an update. I went to check my updates, and it wasn’t there. After looking around, I found out I had to reinstall it entirely, even though I already had it downloaded. New app, I guess…??
When I finally got back in, it wouldn’t let me log in. I remember the email and password tied to the account, but I don’t remember my username, and apparently that wasn’t saved anywhere. I am unbelievably upset. This used to be my go to game, and now everything is lost.. It was super fun to play when it was actually playable, but now it isn’t. Luckily, I never made any in game purchases, but I genuinely feel bad for the people who did. I’m going to try reaching out for help, but all I’ve been hearing from other players is that nobody is getting a response. 😐

TOO HECTIC
I usually don’t leave these but DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! It seems fun and the graphics are great, but the battles are RIDICULOUS. They are rigged and keep lagging. Every time I run in an event, I clip through walls, the actions are delayed, and the shields don’t do ANYTHING. I have been stuck on a Dark War level after, I kid you not, 37 tries. And I still can’t even get halfway because there are so many enemies in one area that it gives you no time at all to even see what to do. There is so much on screen. We only have 6 HP and after like three hits we are dead. And when we revive, it usually revives right in front of an enemy, so we still get hit and lose HP. It is ridiculous on how much they charge for in app purchases. This app may seem great, but when you actually try to strategize, it is a nightmare. I wish there was a rating below one star.

I loved this game up until today…
The previous version of the app I was logged in through my apple account, now with this new version of the game you cannot log in through Apple account and all of my save progress, my in app purchases, all gone. I tried reaching out to customer support and never got a response. Beware, dont spend money on this game they might decide everything youve worked on is gone one day. SCAM

Lost My account cause made me download “New” game
Apparently something changed and forced me to download this version so I lost my entire account and purchases.. what a shame.

I can’t even get back on the first app I was using for years, the new one made me restart and I did have an account logged in. I wasted money on this it’s hilarious. Good game while it lasted I guess

The game got an update and it reset my account and it saved my data on the new account so my old account is gone forever... Omgggggg

great game but after i updated my data was lost. i am no longer same to access my old account because there is no option to use apple id anymore. all the progress i had made is now inaccessible

Broken update
I can’t play the game anymore as the game won’t let me update. Instead it wants me to install a second version of the app?!? This second version has none of my years of data so this game is dead to me now. Thanks for nothing.

Been playing for 5 or so years & love it
Love this game and as said in title Ive been playing it for many years. Usually I download a game, play it for a while and get bored and never play it again but this has probably been the only game ive consistently played for years without getting bored. I love it and I find the customisation options so adorable. I do wish there was more makeup options for the brown skintone, dark skin and cat skin though and was disappointed the morgiana lipstick wasn’t available for the brown skintone as well as the white one. But aside from that I truly love this game and wish more people would play it! Please keep up the amazing work Developers! ♡( ◡‿◡ )

Great game, just one annoying flaw
I am really happy with this game, It is fun, and entertaining. I downloaded this app yesterday, and have been playing it since then. My one issue is that while inside the game, I get kicked out to my home screen. This has happened 2 times in the 15 minutes I have played today. I notice it kicks me out when I am in the sword shop, about to enter the black hole, or on the Home Screen of the game. I recommend playing this game though, I find it enjoyable and a great tool to use when bored!
