Terrible login
Absolutely horrid. Deserves every 1 star rating possible. Login is a nightmare. Even if you can get logged in, requires a one time password sent to text which doesn’t work with the standard passcode copy on the iPhone. No one is clearly trying to improve this for a long time

I’m stuck on the One time pin screen waiting for the text message which never gets sent!?
Won’t even accept username and password
I know I’m using the right ones as they work just fine on my PC. Rolling over everything in this account as if they can’t get a simple login page right I dread to think what they’re doing with my money.
What a mess
Login credentials repeatedly say they are incorrect (they are not). Even changed my password to something very basic and still can’t get it to work. Looks live everyone else has the same issue. Pretty sure my 9 year old is better at app design than the professionals they hired for this.

They must have fixed a few bugs since the negative review. I found this app helpful to be able to view my 401k balance and performance over time.
You own millions of $, make this app finally work
If I’m lucky to log in, the only info I can get is my balance. No statistic, no charts. N/A everywhere. Come on, it’s 2024.
Why should we trust you with our retirement money?
If you build and update an app that never works, why should your customers have any faith whatsoever that you’re not equally incompetent managing our retirement funds? Get your worthless app and website functional and user friendly. I’ve had my account for a year and you still can’t get this fixed. It matches your very low BBB rating perfectly.
4/5/2024: Important for all user: I’ve discussed the issue of this app never working with my attorney and he suggested we have a case based on improper use of fees: we are paying for a fee for something and we are getting no benefit. We will be in touch!

App doesn’t work
Quite simply—this app doesn’t work. It will not allow you to log in. Even after uninstalling, reinstalling, and updating (several times over the last year), it has never allowed me to log in.
Why should we trust you with our retirement money?
If you build and update an app that never works, why should your customers have any faith whatsoever that you’re not equally incompetent managing our retirement funds? I don’t have problems with login like everybody else here, but information in this app is so useless. It shows N/A in performance for every time periods. Either money just buried and not invested or the app can’t show this information.
