Another company that just wants your money. Their app is un useable, and you’ll get zero help.

First Time Review
This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for an App Store app. And if that doesn’t already tell you something. I can’t even access the app, it glitches and shuts off. Tried downloading it a few times.
When it was working the app is horrible for knowing what you’re invested in and making changes. I recommend to my company to get off this provider entirely.

Barely works
The amount of times I try to get into this app and it force quits is ridiculous. It is up-to-date with no updates available. If you are able to get into the app, the amount of data inside is horrible. No differentiation between Roth or traditional. Not very intuitive or user-friendly, nothing like a Fidelity app.

Crashes
Limited functionality when working and crashes on launch after most recent iOS update. Deleting and reinstalling is the only workaround I’ve found and it’s about 50/50.

This app used to work, but now it crashes when I open the app. Unfortunately can’t use it anymore.

This is one of the worst apps I have come across. Every time I need to use the app I need to delete it and reinstall it. Otherwise it does not stay on. I have no idea what’s going on.
Frustrating and full of issues
There are a lot of issues w this app. Many of the features in the app don’t actually work - I’m unable to access anything in the portfolio tab. Additionally, I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of visibility with my Roth. All I can see regarding my Roth is the contribution section, but I’m unable to see my balance or how much I have saved. It’s extremely frustrating and sketchy.

App Problems
I purchased a new phone and now the app won’t open. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app twice. When I click on the app, it tries to open and immediately closes.
Also, it is disappointing that you have to take many steps to enter an old portal to view your transaction history.

App crashes 8 out of 10 times
With the newest iPhone and iOS26 (multiple versions), this application often crashes immediately on starting it. Once in awhile rebooting the phone will help but it has grown less stable over time not more. This doesn’t happen with any other app on my phone; it seems very amateur.

Unusable
The app is totally unusable since it doesn’t allow for scrolling the terms and conditions. Without accepting it I can’t even view my balance. Terrible UX and quality control
