Wrong app for Reston Tracker
Use the Sleepace app, this is the wrong app for the AH Beard Reston Tracker, it will refuse to connect

I got the strongest WiFi and signal and it going on saying nah you ain’t got no connection. This app is bs
Useless device
This device used to work well but this year it continually says network unavailable and can no longer connect. Huge waste of money and am very disappointed. This was a gift from my late brother and hate that I will have to throw it out now
Don’t waste your time.
The app is garbage and the second there is a power outage the app will automatically delete the connection it has to any device. I’ve attempted multiple times to reconnect the light and the sleep strip with absolutely nothing happening. All ‘trouble shooting’ options have been attempted and as per usual I have had no response from the help centre. There is no help centre and no communication from support, all they want is your money. Don’t recommend 0/10, get something that actually works.

Doesn’t work
Not much to add other than that the app doesn’t work and can’t even set the clock.. pretty useless.
No Network Connection
Have had the sleep tracker recently replaced and all was working fine but now it won’t connect- keeps saying “No network connection” even though there is. Uninstalled/Re-installed App reset iPhone still no good.
Sleep central
The app crashes all the time during app opening. I can’t open the app any more 🤮

No Apple Health
Please fix - Apple Health connectivity is not in App as stated in App description.
Don’t use if you want to pair it to a Nox Smart Light
This app no longer pairs to the Nox Smart Light. Use the SleepAce app instead.
App broken
Had the same trouble as others app logged me out then kept on with ‘server error’. Was able to get into the app today only for it to keep saying ‘device not connected’. Deleted the light and now it won’t re-add to the app. A short flight across the room later and this pos is getting replaced with a philips hue bulb.

Flawed
Having the same issue as others. The app logged me out and says ‘server.error’ when I try to log back in. Renders the app and my lamp useless.
App issues
App logged me out over night aswell and wouldnt let me back in no matter what have deleted app and re installed like 8 times and have tried on my different devices and no dice a lot of money to spend to only work for 2 nights
App broken
App logged me out overnight and asked me to sign in again the next morning. It wouldn’t accept my password or allow me to reset it as it said “server error”. Really annoying glitch. Haven’t figured out how to get back in yet.
Waste of time and money
Does not work. Tried for 5 days now. Nothing. Latest is it tells me there is no internet connection. What utter rubbish. The Help page wasn’t helpful.
Doesn’t work
I have been using a Sleep Dot and out of 7 days monitoring I have only had one report the app crashes when syncing with the dot.
