Info is super helpful. Community shares openly and supportive. App and supporting tools (o2 ring, magic uploader, apple watch work seamlessly. SleepHQ provides the best cpap therapy support in the world.
A Must For CPAP Users
This is seriously the best app on the market for tracking CPAP data, for mask reviews, and community support. There’s soo much to gain here. It makes CPAP a tool vs an imposition.
Turning CPAP Data to Meaningful Information
SleepHQ has completely changed the way I use my CPAP. Instead of just hoping my therapy is working, I can actually see what is happening each night and understand why. The insights have helped me make meaningful improvements that I never would have figured out on my own.
What really sets SleepHQ apart is the community and the founder. His videos are informative, practical, and genuinely funny, which is not something I ever expected to say about CPAP. He has created an ecosystem that makes learning about sleep therapy enjoyable instead of overwhelming.
If you use a CPAP machine, this app is one of the best investments you can make in your health. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get the most out of their therapy.

So Helpful!
I am less than a year into my cpap journey, but right away I realized there were few resources available (and little support from the medical community) to help the consumer get educated about this whole sleep apnea and cpap process. I was only a few weeks in when someone suggested I get Sleep HQ, and I finally found the resource I was looking for. Great information and education (presented with fun, quirky humor), a platform that allows me to upload my data directly from my cpap machine so I can actually see if I am making progress, and a community of people sharing questions, comments, and support. It is easy to use, and the people running this seem genuinely interested in helping all of us understand and get the most out of our sleep apnea treatment.

SleepHQ Turned my CPAP from a mystery box into a mission control center
Before SleepHQ, my CPAP machine was basically a tiny bedside robot blowing air at my face and quietly judging me. I had numbers, but not much understanding. AHI? Flow limitation? Leak rates? Pressure changes? I might as well have been reading the dashboard of a spaceship.
SleepHQ changed that.
The app gives you a clear, visual way to understand what is actually happening during the night, breath by breath. Instead of just seeing a basic score and wondering why I still woke up tired, I can now look at detailed charts, spot patterns, track pressure changes, leaks, oxygen data, sleep trends, and see how different settings or masks may be affecting my sleep.
For anyone using CPAP, this is incredibly valuable. CPAP therapy is not always “plug it in and sleep happily ever after.” Sometimes it feels more like detective work with a hose attached to your face. SleepHQ gives you the tools to become a better detective.
What really adds value for me is the SleepHQ community and help resources. The app is excellent, but the education and community support make it even more powerful. When you are trying to solve real sleep issues, having the ability to share data, learn from others, and better understand what your machine is doing can make a huge difference.
I also love how SleepHQ helps connect the dots between CPAP data, oxygen levels, sleep habits, trends, and overall therapy quality. It makes the whole process feel less frustrating and more manageable.
Bottom line: SleepHQ is one of the best tools I have found for taking control of CPAP therapy. It turns confusing data into useful insight, and it helps you move from guessing to understanding.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving their sleep, optimizing CPAP therapy, or simply trying to figure out why their “good AHI” does not always equal a good night’s sleep.
Five stars from me — and a special thanks to SleepHQ for helping make sleep apnea feel a little less like a nightly wrestling match with Darth Vader’s travel mask.
