This app on the surface & on first loading - a bit basic, stick with it, let it have access to your Apple Health, and then, then, gonto the IA section; read & listen to the AI as, they are both different, know idea why!
Is great & will be excellent I’m sure. :-))

Great way to tracking your sleep progress

Can’t save data for sleeping more than once

Sometimes I wake up for awhile and then go back to sleep, but this app doesn’t allow you to enter your data that way! If you want to fudge it you can write what happened in your notes and then figure out what time you would have gotten up if you’d slept through the night. Too irritating! Also I can’t contact the devs from within the app - nothing happens when I tap their email address!

I’ve also discovered that I can’t set more than one reminder. Actually I’m not sure if the reminders work at all. Looking forward to the new version. Hope it comes out soon.

Better sleep pattern

Really good app, better understanding of sleeping patterns and insomnia after illness

취침시간을 한 눈에 봐서 좋아요

약 2주정도 써보았는데 수면시간이랑 일자별 메모를 한 페이지에서 볼 수 있어서 좋아요

Free with full functionality except for ads

That’s all it took to make the difference between 2 and 5 stars for me. However, if this changes, then so will this review :) thank you for this amazing app.

Calling all sleep Docs!

I was so surprised that my Sleep doctor was trying to give me pieces of paper to record my sleep hours with no way to even collate them!? When I asked for an app, they suggested consensus Sleep Diary, which is useless. Luckily I found this app and I immediately asked my Sleep doctor to start recommending it. I also appreciate how responsive the developer is. Clearly this person wants to improve lives. THANK YOU!!

How to restore data

Hi I used this app a couple years ago, is there a way to restore my data?

Hello. Thank you for using the app! If you’re logged into the same Apple account as before, the data should eventually synchronise and appear via iCloud automatically. If you exported the data previously to a backup file using Excel or JSON export in the app, you should also be able to import it back in, in either format. I hope that helps. Good app for tracking sleep patterns

I needed something to help with sleep tracking as I was starting CPAP therapy back in November 2022. This app has been great at keeping me accountable to a schedule and looking at my progress. I can track hours slept, dreams I have had, patterns of sleep as well as other data that I want to review. Only issue is sometimes App does not open right away on my IPAD and have to force close it and then re-open it.
Update -have used app 400 nights now and it shows me progress I’ve made in my CPAP therapy and a lot of useful insights!

Love this app!! So easy to use.

First off, please let me say, ignore the username that you see on here for me. That was an error I made early on and can’t seem to change without a Mac computer, according to Apple.

Now getting down to reviewing this app. This app is awesome for monitoring your sleep habits, time and being able to make notes for future reference. It’s simple and easy to use. I had a suggestion, something I was hoping to have changed, and the app developer Gaurav was absolutely amazing!! I reached out to him, and he got back to me within minutes and within days he actually added my suggestion! I highly recommend using this to keep a record of your sleep patterns. And it’s absolutely worth subscribing to. Gaurav Sharma, you are a rockstar!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

i try to log 0 hrs of sleep and it won’t save my tracking. Also the questions don’t allow for tracking 0 sleep, with questions like “how long did it take to fall asleep” and no option to say you haven’t slept

I like all three apps that I was using they were super helpful but once an option to purchase a subscription to get rid of the ads I deleted all three apps because it’s just not worth it anymore so please do something to get rid of the apps and still make it free so I can re-download these apps and be happy like I was when I was actually using them beforeA subscription was put in to have them always removed

Very useful app! Great support!

I've been using this app for a few weeks because I sleep very irregular hours and found it hard to keep track of my sleep time. Sleep Journal was just what I needed. At one point I found a bug in how multiple entries per day were being totaled. I reported it to the developer who not only replied quickly to me and kept me aware of his progress but also had the big fixed in just a few days. Thanks Gaurav!

It was a great app very simple and then I updated it and everything was gone. It’s ridiculous. I had over years of sleep records and now it’s all gone.

Hello - apologies for this - your data should sync back from iCloud shortly. You can also restore from the weekly backups that are automatically made. We hope that helps.
