Horrible

I have been using this app for years with no complaints. Just recently saw that an upgrade was available so did the upgrade. Now I have to pay just to get in and when I it in for the week free trial it automatically charged me and now when I try to get back into the app it is telling me I have to pay again. Do not get this app. I cancelled this and am wasting money as I can not get back in at all.

Scam

It never works it stays blocked and returns to the pay screen after hitting restore purchase. Very angry and lost money. Stay away from this mob .

this app significantly improved my sleep quality, offers a variety of calming sounds that help ensure a good night's sleep. def a must for all struggling sleepers!

Difficult to cancel

DON’T BUY THIS!

So difficult to cancel, just opens to a black screen with no options and will charge you monthly forever.

Like it but

I would give it more stars if it had a one time purchase instead of a subscription so I wouldn’t have to worry about paying for it constantly

Paid for the upgrade and can’t access premium content

The free version was good enough to buying the full version but I’m unable to access any of the paywall content and it keeps directing me to buy a subscription.

Hello, we are really sorry that our app left you with such an impression. We guess you’ve taken a trial and eventually the subscription, which comes after the trial. While taking a trial, you give consent to use the subscription features after the trial if you don’t decline the subscription before the last day.

$9.99 per month!

You can actually get it for $14 EVERY THREE MONTHS but it’s interesting that the price of $9.99 a month is front and center on the App Store. This app has the best selection of preset sleep sounds (by far) but it has one huge problem that knocks it down to 4 STARS; If you use the timer it will make a semi-loud droning sound when it runs out that is either loud enough to wake you up or will continue to drain the battery. This problem occurred on my IPhone 7 and my IPad Mini 4. In the two days I’ve used the app I have experienced some interesting dreams although none were lucid. Wake up developers.
