Buyer beware

First, the good news. This and the other Lumen Spark apps offer a unique take on keeping records.

Now for the rest. 1. Why this app even exists on the App Store is baffling. You download it and it forces you to go into the “unified” app, Daily Tracker+. 2. There is no $9.99 a year subscription to be found. The annual subscription you have to take it USD39.99. This is deceitful (or if it is an oversight, developers please explain). 3. Support is prompt, but useless. There is no attempt at transparency, to explain what the different subscriptions mean; they simply refer you to Apple, because they handle subscriptions. In 3 words: shabby business practices.
