My new nighttime companion
I’ve tried every recommended treatment (and many more) in my almost two decades of night terrors, but so far this app has been the most targeted and promising (not to mention affordable) solution. Maybe best of all, it’s also the least invasive treatment imaginable—just a gentle tapping sensation from your watch to help you get safely grounded and oriented when you need it. I’m so glad I found it while searching online yet again for a sleep disorder solution, after my doctors have continually been unable to help. And the customer service is absolutely unparalleled in their responsiveness. This app is clearly a labor of love for the development team. If you struggle with any kind of parasomnia or sleep disturbance, I’d say you owe it to yourself to give SleepSafe a try.

One of the best choices I made
Very grateful for the SleepSafe app. Not only has it have me getting to know it more(benefits, navigating the features to my preference, alerts/reminders of bed time in advance per self presence. Also,, who know us butter than ourselves. It’s a steady way of getting to know sleep patterns, amongst so many more features. Thank you “SleepSafe App!” One of the best self care apps that’s healthier than an appetizer. This for sure is one of my favorite “apps.”

Free of PTSD Nightmares!
SleepSafe has truly changed my life. I struggle with PTSD relates nightmares, and have never responded well to any medication. I found out about this app and switched from Android to iOS just for it, and it has totally paid off. I now don't dread sleep, and know that I am protected from nightmares and can see the data every day! Thank you for making this app!!
