Ripped off
I have steadily purchased different packages and sounds through the years. Now all the sudden I have just some of the basics and a BUNCH of missing purchased material. That’s fraud in my legal sense. Doesn’t sound like a good business plan to be doing this to people who paid for service.
Great app!
Slightly different from the pro version but still great and suffice for relaxing journeys from short to extended plays.
Outdated app better than new machine
Despite the lack of updates in years, this app earns my 5 stars! Having used this for a decade, I find it impossible to switch to newer noise machines. Heck, I got one for Christmas, and I've only used it for a couple weeks before turning back to SleepStream!
Pathetic
I’ve been using Sleep Stream 2 since 2021. I recently upgraded my iPhone and upon opening the app I realised all the additional binaural beats and ambient sounds I paid for have been deleted. When I click on Restore purchases the app just closes.
It only allows me to purchase either SleepStream Pro or SleepStream Ultimate which require me to pay again!
The best part? When I try to contact the developer they only have a placeholder website that says “Hello!” on the homepage.
Pathetic.
