Why wonโt my machine connect to Bluetooth? Very annoying
Mask options need updating
I use the Evora full. Thatโs not an option in the app profile. A little more data would be nice, such as average pressure during use. Syncing with the iOS health app would be useful. Overall, very solid, basic app. You can just get most of this information off of the machine itself.

No idea what the password rules are as I. Annoy even register. Useless.
Bluetooth issues
There is no option in the app settings to allow the phone to use bluetooth and search for the cpap. So the app is unusable as wonโt find the cpap. iPhone 16.

I have to unplug it and plug it in to get my readings via BT. It no longer seems to update the sleep data. Very annoying. I also try update my mask in profile and add my birthday but comes up with wrong password or email entered. ๐
Bluetooth Syncing Issues
Great machine, poor app. Bluetooth does not sync to phone unless I unplug the machine daily and reconnect. I want to be able to access detailed data on my phone. I wish I had read app reviews before purchasing machine. Poor form Fisher and Paykel!

The bluetooth connection to the device seems to work ok but once connected, accessing the data is unreliable

Very clean and presentable app, however Iโd like more data. I would like to see an hour by hour review of all available information.

Basically have to unplug and replug machine to get a Bluetooth connection.

Fix your App and please add average pressure
Canโt even register
This app crashes every time I try to register. It also complains about my chosen password before it crashes, even though my password definitely meets the requirements specified (20 mixed case characters with numbers and symbols). This happened three times in a row before I gave up.
I am a software engineer myself and Iโd be embarrassed if this were something I had developed, given the reviews Iโve seen and my own experiences. Thankfully the CPAP machine itself works well but Iโll definitely be researching the app associated with the next machine I buy in future.
