THIS SUCH A FINDING!! This app is my go to for introspecting and de-stressing. It has SO MANY calming sounds to choose from, I absolutely love it. Whenever my anxiety attacks, I just turn on one of my saved mixes and relax. It has helped me out so much, I’m really glad I can count on it at the end of a long day.
