Takes 2 minutes just to open the app
Used to think this was a great app, then they added pay walls and premium to it and started to make things super slow for the free version. Takes way too long to open, it’s a joke.
I can’t believe it’s free
I have a hard time waking up in the morning and this alarm has replaced one that I have used for several years straight. I couldn’t believe how good it was when I tried it out the first few nights. I wake up feeling fresher, and the app is such an easy one to use. It’s a great help and I highly recommend it.

Great app with one minor drawback.
I love this app and it truly is one of the best sleep apps I have used so far. The only thing lacking in this app ( and the reason I rated this 4 out of 5 ) would be the option for vibration for the alarm. I am hard of hearing and completely deaf in one ear. I am a side sleeper and sometimes I am asleep on a side where I cannot hear the alarm. The vibration would be excellent to wake up someone like me or even someone that is a super heavy sleeper. I do hope the developers see this and I look forward to this being a new addition in an update soon.
* Edit to add that I wish there was a way for it to not be so easy to toggle AM/PM on the alarm. I have accidentally toggled PM for an alarm and not been woken up at my target time which is incredible frustrating!! I would pay for these features. The app is so good and those small details would make it 10/10. Please read this app developers. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sleepwave is the only app I found that allows me to wake up at the right time in my sleep cycle (and track my sleep) for free! I use it every day during the week and love it.

Pretty stupid place to put the am/pm switch
This is great!
When I set an alarm for a desired time, I manage to wake up at exactly that time! And there is no extra costs for this as well. All basic features are free! That’s the exact best part of this app! I have been searching for THE app to help me track and wake up properly for months after months, and this is the one!

Estou usando o app pago há alguns meses. Ele fica na altura da cama c o mic voltado p mim. Ele jura q estou dormindo noites maravilhosas e estou c insônia terrível. Eu me comunico c ele p registrar sonhos q tenho durante a noite ou reafirmar q estou acordada e tentar controlar as horas reais de sono e ele às vezes não registra!!! Porém possui um mapa/ calendário onde pontuo as noites e locais p registrar por escrito o ocorrido da noite e isso é bom. Os sons q podemos co criar c ele p dormir e despertar são ótimos e vejo q buscam melhorar o app e incluir ferramentas de apoio.

i downloaded this app just for the gentle alarm, but the nightly meditations and breathing practices are thoughtful and well-made. fantastic app!! i’ve recommended it to more than a few friends <3
Just Not for Me
I really wanted to use this app, because I don’t like wearing a watch to sleep to track it, and this was a good option, along with the soft wake up alarms. Except that I can’t use a bluetooth speaker or earbuds or use another app to fall asleep to. Spending the money to find this out was a bit disappointing. Luckily, there was a sale for the sub and I just won’t renew.

One tweak needed
Love the app, always wake up to the alarm and always seems to work as a smart feature.
Please turn off the pop up every time I open it saying “we have a new look”. I don’t want to close it every single time even when it’s not new.

I use this other my normal alarm, IPhone alarm it helps a lot. Only thing is, the app drains your battery quite quickly.
Beneficial
A very helpful app. I wake up more rested and alert. It’s cool to hear the sounds you make throughout the night lol. After using it for a couple weeks, now I find myself waking up within the window and waiting for the alarm to go off.
The game is confusing and the meditation isn’t helpful to me but I like that they make it a holistic app. Would highly recommend.
