About

SleepWindow helps you plan when to sleep, whether you’re working backwards from an alarm or deciding when to wake if you go to bed now. Choose your wake-up time, and SleepWindow calculates bedtime options based on six, five, or four estimated 90-minute sleep cycles, including your preferred allowance for falling asleep. Alternatively, choose “Sleep now” to see suggested wake-up times. Connect Apple Health to compare your selected plan with your recent recorded sleep. Sleep Insights can show your typical sleep duration, bedtime, wake time, and timing variation. Access is optional and read-only: SleepWindow processes the information on your iPhone, never writes to Apple Health, and doesn’t send your health data anywhere. Features: • Bedtime options calculated from your chosen wake-up time • “Sleep now” wake-up suggestions • Optional Sleep Insights using recent Apple Health sleep records • Comparison of your selected plan with your typical sleep duration • Daily bedtime reminders • Adjustable allowance for the time it takes you to fall asleep • Home Screen widget showing your selected bedtime • Support for 12-hour and 24-hour time formats • Deep-plum and warm-cream design • Choice of muted amber or soft coral buttons • Clear explanations of the science and limitations behind the estimates • No accounts, advertising, analytics, or off-device health processing Sleep cycles and individual sleep needs vary, so SleepWindow’s suggestions are planning estimates rather than measurements of your sleep stages. It gives you a clear, private way to make a more informed bedtime plan.
