Gamechanger for influencers

The Reply Desk is probably my favourite feature because it separates genuine questions from random comments, so I can respond to people who are actually interested. The Hinglish replies are also surprisingly natural and don’t sound like generic bot messages.

Disappointed to the core

I honestly don’t understand the hype. The app feels unfinished and far from production-ready. The interface is confusing, the onboarding doesn’t explain things well, and it’s difficult to know whether automations are actually working or not. For an automation tool, reliability is the most important feature, and I didn’t feel confident using it. Basic UX improvements, better error messages, and more transparency around automation status are badly needed. There are better alternatives available until this app becomes more polished. Very disappointing.

Thank you for writing this You were right about the biggest gap: an automation tool has to show you it is working, not ask you to trust it. Since your review we shipped exactly that. The dashboard now opens with a live status line for your account, and a delivery log shows every comment reply and DM with a plain explanation of what happened to it, including the ones Instagram declined and why. If you give SlideDM another chance and anything is still confusing, message us on WhatsApp from Settings, replies come in seconds and I read every one. Jay, founder.
