App Doesn't Load in iOS9

I had the free version, but it didn't load in iOS9. So, I popped for the paid version. That doesn't open in iOS9 either. Looking at the reviews, nothing's been going on in this app for 5 years. Ryan - either make your product work on the current iOS or remove it from the App Store if that's more than you can handle. I would like a refund, please.

Not great for paid app

Doesn't take into account pmi, extra payments, taxes or anything. Not helpful at all for me. Needs more, especially if it's a paid app.
