App Doesn't Load in iOS9
I had the free version, but it didn't load in iOS9. So, I popped for the paid version. That doesn't open in iOS9 either. Looking at the reviews, nothing's been going on in this app for 5 years. Ryan - either make your product work on the current iOS or remove it from the App Store if that's more than you can handle. I would like a refund, please.

Not great for paid app
Doesn't take into account pmi, extra payments, taxes or anything. Not helpful at all for me. Needs more, especially if it's a paid app.

Slides everything but the term
Good interface, but I want to slide my payment to see how quickly I can pay off my loan -- instead of adjusting the term, it adjusts (increases) the loan amount. WTF?? Please add this basic functionality... :-(
Quick changes on the fly
This app helps you get an idea how much your monthly mortgage payment will be based on Loan amount, Interest rate and Years of term. After setting any amount or variable, it is very easy to "slide" each category and see the changes instantly. Totally helpful in working out what you'll be paying monthly. Very handy.

I downloaded this mortgage calculator and it's absolutely the easiest to use of any that I've found. It's handy and actually fun to use.

Easily calculates the cost of financing. Sliders are totally flexible letting you determine how much you can borrow at different interest rates. A cool interface unlike any other mortgage calculator I've tried, that is both functional and fun.

This is the quickest, easiest mortgage calculator I've used yet. An invaluable tool for house-hunting! Highly recommended. The new defaults make this app even quicker to use.
Love the sliders!
This app was made for me! It even remembers what you were calculating from the last time you used it which is cool. Doesn't calculate down payments or affordability but in this case simpler is better.
Flexability is Key
This is the only mortgage calculator app I found that let's me start with the payment and work back to the loan amount. I know what payment I can afford, and that is how I figure what my buying price range should be. Would like to see option to add tax/ins to the equation if I need it. As I get further down the road on a particular house, that will help me plan better.
