Horrible experience!

Don’t waste your time or money on this site! I had made maybe 4 deposits over 3 months or something, won £80 and withdraw £60 and kept £20 to play with, when you withdraw it states it takes 1 working day for your winnings to be processed, I never received my winnings within the time it says, I then email them explaining this, I got told that it will take longer, like 3-5 days, I then go on to explain that they could be sued for false advertisement by saying it would take 1 working day on the site itself, the next email I got was that my account was permanently closed because they think I have a problem with gambling! Totally changed the subject because I was making the aware that false advertisement is illegal! I am unsure if I will still receive my £60 and if I don’t then I will be taking it further!
