Withdrawal horrendous

I won £4700 on Sunday. Amazing win. Problem is it’s now Thursday I haven’t received my winnings yet and it’s not even been approved on the app so could be days yet. Asked CS who said it would be approved within 1-2 days now I’m being asked for proof of identity. Any other app the money would’ve been with me same day!

Scam**

Downloaded the app after seeing the £10 play £50 offer and once I made an account and went to deposit money they offer is nowhere to be seen! Can’t get through to customer services. Alll the reviews seem to say the same thing. Seems like a scam to me. I will not be depositing money and would like to let others know this app seems to have a LOT of problems with people not getting there winnings or not getting the right amount! Stay away from this app it doesn’t seem reliable.

Awful customer service and app

I deposited £10 and had no idea how the app worked so asked customer service. No answer. Tried some of the free promotions to see if I could work out all the games. In the end asked for my deposit back and said had to email wink. They closed my account as requested then took £10 out of my account 2 days after they blocked my account. I have tried to get my money back and no one is responding. Terrible service.

Avoid and use another site

Adverting deposit £10 and get £50 and 50 free spins, deposited
but didn’t get my bonus, contacted customer service and was
told offer not available to ni customers and should have read the fine print and disconnected the call. If NI customers cannot play
on site don’t take their money,

One big con

I was playing in a certain bingo room on this site, the prize money was a fixed amount clearly displayed as each game is being played. On two separate occasions I won and was not paid out the correct prize money. I complained to customer service who told me I was wrong. I carried on playing on this site and the same thing was happening to other players. I started to take screen shots of when players were not receiving their full winnings over a period of time. In the meantime I was still disputing my two wins. Nearly one month later and after I gathered lots of proof that this site was defrauding players I finally got what was owed to me. I’ve been playing again today and the site is still not paying out the correct winnings, again I have taken screen shots to prove this. Stay away from this site!
