User reviews

Amazing!

Great reminders and great exercises to help with my posture!

No free component to app?

Not sure why I would commit to paying for a subscription without being able to see any features or exercises first.

Amazing

The exercise demos are great. I didn’t realize how tight I my back and neck were and how this was affecting my posture, and immediately felt the difference doing the program.

Buggy app

The app is very buggy. Training videos don’t play very often, just look like a static image, and worse it doesn’t display any video nor image, just a empty white screen.

Response from developer

Thanks for reporting this! We really appreciate you taking the time to share feedback. We’ve since identified and fixed the issue on our end! It was a tricky, network-related bug that only affected a small number of users on certain Wi-Fi setups. Everything should now be working smoothly. If you still run into any problems, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at support@sonoventures.co. We’re always here to help and really value your input :)

Huge difference!

I work a desk job and have noticed the negative effects of it on my posture over the years. I came across the slouch app and started using it a few weeks ago and have noticed almost immediate benefits!! Slouch is an absolute must have for anyone that works a desk job or just wants to take steps to improve their posture

FAQ

What does the Slouch app do?

Slouch helps you improve your posture and reduce pain through AI-powered posture analysis and personalized exercise routines. It identifies imbalances in your body and creates a tailored plan to help you stand taller, relieve discomfort, and build better postural habits.

How does the AI posture scan work?

The app uses computer vision to analyze a photo of your posture, instantly identifying key imbalances like forward shoulders or a hunched back. It then generates a targeted improvement plan based on these findings and tracks your progress over time with a smart scoring system.

Is Slouch free to use?

The app can be downloaded for free, offering basic functionality. To unlock full access, including personalized daily plans, unlimited posture scans, detailed progress tracking, and the complete exercise library, a subscription to Slouch Pro is required.

What kind of exercises does Slouch offer?

Slouch provides short, effective, and beginner-friendly routines designed to improve posture and well-being. Popular tracks include 'Fix Tech Neck,' 'Stand Tall,' 'Pain Relief,' 'Confidence Boost,' and 'Core + Mobility,' all of which can be done without any equipment.

Who is Slouch designed for?

This app is designed for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting, recovering from injury, or simply wants to look and feel their best. It's ideal for individuals experiencing neck, back, or shoulder pain, or those looking to reverse the effects of prolonged screen time.
