Was charged when I don’t have a subscription
I do not use this app and when I first downloaded it I didn’t feel aligned with the meditations so I only used it for one day. Many months later, I get charged $50 when I don’t even have the app downloaded and it’s not in my subscriptions. Very shady. Tried to contact customer service and the AI bot said if may take several hours for someone to respond to my chat.

Not interested in listening to a non relaxing monotone voice drone on. Had to purchase jsut to try and absolutely worthless!

When I signed up I immediately went to cancel. The cancel button does not work and says to contact customer service. I did and they said they would cancel my subscription. And guess what? They didn’t. I immediately contacted them again as soon as I saw it on my card. “They are looking into it.”

User beware
Although I liked the app, I decided to cancel, my subscription when I retired from working to cut costs. I have gotten numerous emails stating they have tried to process payments that did not go through. I have written multiple emails to the company stating I cancelled requesting they stop attempting to process payments and to stop contacting me. The emails and attempts have yet to stop, and I have not received any responses to my emails to them.

Poor Customer Service Bad Business Practices
Do not get this app I signed up for the one week for $6.99 and then they charge me $38.98 on top of the $6.99 and the $38.98 then when I tried to log into the app, it would not let me log into the app. It kept giving me a email with a login validation code and then I couldn’t log into the app when I tried to reach out to customer service. It took almost 9 hours just to get a they couldn’t help me and that they couldn’t find a subscription in my name when I proved that I had a receipt they charge me and then customer service went silent, so I’m having to dispute it with my bank. This is poor business and I do not recommend this to anybody. It’s sad because this could be a good product but the customer service and business practices is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this to anybody stay away from this app. They just want your money and they will charge you unfairly and then not solve the Problem

Abrupt endings
I really like the app but the audio sound meditations I’ve tried end abruptly
Not very impressed
I’ve been studying mindfulness and meditation for 10 years and this app hasn’t really taught me anything new. I honestly don’t understand all of the five star reviews. I also paid $40 extra for two mini courses; one was supposed to be a “meditation course” so I could brush up and get different perspectives, but so far the entire thing has consisted of sessions that are already in the app, so basically they stole my money. The binaural beats are pretty much sounds that you can find on YouTube. Also, the lucid dreaming course contains nothing that I haven’t already learned and no new insights whatsoever. If you’re already familiar with any of this stuff, do not waste your money.

Meditations and music nice.. could not find the sounds they advertise by on IG.. same sounds that got me into buying this app. After charging me 39.99$ they charged another 9$/week to keep the app!?! Requested a refund. Wish i would have red the reviews before purchasing.
Trying to take extra money!
Not very happy when companies act in a scammy way. I fell for the £8.99 for one week payment yet they tried to take almost £40 on top. I work in digital marketing and don’t like when companies act this way. For this reason I chose to cancel and work with an honest company instead. They have let themselves down. If you provide a good service you do not need to do this to people.

Over-billing on day one
This app tried to over-bill me TWICE the same day I registered for a $19.99 trial. First for $40 then it tried again for $80!! Luckily I set limits when buying online on case things like this are a scam.
Feels like AI garbage
Don’t bother. This app is a rip off. No free trial. As I assume not many people would join. All you have to do is look at the creator profile.. some IT dude having fun in Bali selling spiritual garbage. This app is very telling of someone who has not done the work. There is no personalisation or humanness to this app. It’s just music that sounds like AI. Scam.
