用了一起超慢跑，整体体验很不错。180 BPM 节拍很适合跟着跑，节奏稳定，跑起来不容易乱。步数记录和排行榜也挺有动力，尤其喜欢里面的超慢跑音乐，边听边跑不会觉得枯燥。界面简单清爽，操作也很方便，适合想轻松运动、长期坚持的人。
