Never syncs - no customer support for users
This is honestly one of the worst apps I’ve ever been forced to use to receive real estate assignments with. There are no support phone numbers in the app, nor emails to reach out if you have issues. The app never sinks, even though I get notifications of assignments.
When I finally went to their website, all they show is a support email. Who knows if anybody will even get back to me… I feel like I’m just yelling into the abyss.
If you were a company looking to use this app, find something else. This is the most frustrating thing for real estate agents to use.

Glitches & Refreshes Slow
I like the concept of the app but too often there are glitches, it refreshes slow and right now it’s stuck. It’s not showing me an updated view of actual current orders. Orders that were submitted and completed are showing up as active.
Streamlined Workflow
This app has completely streamlined my workflow. I no longer have to switch between multiple apps to complete assignments, everything I need is in one place. From start to finish, all my work gets done on Sluice, which saves time and keeps me organized. I highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their workflow.

Sluice makes it easy
I have enjoy being able to see my assignments all in one place. The app makes it easier to keep up with work tasks assignment or easy to send messages to the appropriate contact for that assignment.

Works well for the few companies on the app. Sometimes there is a delay and the email comes before app notification. But would be awesome if all companies were on the app. Great to see work on the app and ability to message.

Consistently excellent
I’ve been using Sluice for 2-3 years now. Very consistent in easing communication between multiple people in different departments. Would highly recommend for workflow management that includes people in various departments and places I.e. field and multiple offices.
Great Product
I can genuinely say that this app has made my life much easier. Instead of missing out on work opportunities because I can’t get to my desktop on time , I can now accept work remotely and quickly. I can also complete the condition reports for some clients directly from the app. This has been a game changer.

I don’t mind using Sluice. It makes scheduling and receiving work information easy. Great app in my opinion.

I love the fact that this app makes it so much easier to complete an order while in the field. It allows me to complete the assignment quickly. I also find the map feature extra helpful when completing several assignments. The only issue is not every vendor updates in the application. It is awesome when they do.
