The broadcast orders are impossible to accept. You will have seconds to open up the website or app, but by that time the broadcast order will be unavailable.
I have tried over the last three weeks and have received no orders. Very frustrating and disappointing app.

One feature that would make the app even better would be the ability to receive new appraisal order alerts via text message. Many other apps already offer SMS notifications, and it’s extremely helpful for appraisers who may not always see email or push notifications right away while driving or inspecting properties. Adding text alerts for new orders would improve response times and help appraisers stay competitive and connected in real time.
