Appraiser
One feature that would make the app even better would be the ability to receive new appraisal order alerts via text message. Many other apps already offer SMS notifications, and it’s extremely helpful for appraisers who may not always see email or push notifications right away while driving or inspecting properties. Adding text alerts for new orders would improve response times and help appraisers stay competitive and connected in real time.

Unnecessary platform with additional fees
I never wanted to use this platform but some AMC‘s started using it. It seems to be another unnecessary middleman and they are going to charge an additional fee starting 2025.
