Guided tour A short walkthrough now starts the first time you open the app and takes you through a practice property, from capturing a walkthrough and reviewing what the AI found through to filling in the report. You can leave it whenever you like and pick it up again from the account menu. Sketch Copy an area and paste it anywhere on the grid: select an area, tap Copy, then press and hold an empty spot to drop a matching one. Sketches now also open framed on the largest area, so you start where the work is. Reviewing AI suggestions The review screen is simpler. Values worth a second look are flagged for you and the rest is filled in and collapsed out of the way, with no modes to choose between. Report commentary AI-written commentary stays objective and appraisal-appropriate, and keeps the source evidence available for review.
