Glitchy
Glitchy calendars which are useful for when you’re booking hotels… might use the app to get ideas on where to stay but definitely won’t be booking through it
Terrible
Kept getting kicked off when making reservations
Gorgeous App
Extremely user friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
Great app!
Easy navigate and lots of useful information about all the little bolthole hotels around the world.
Beautiful new app
This beautiful new version of the SLH app is a vast improvement on the previous one.
Ability to log in and see bookings past and future, rebook past bookings, browse and book new hotels - it’s exactly what I want from a hotel booking app :)

So user friendly!!
So easy to use and my go to place whenever I’m lacking some travel inspo. Also love the fact that you can add your loyalty card to your wallet, bravo!
Fantastic update
Love the new App. Massive improvement and lots of new functionality. Hotels look amazing as always.

Great App!
This app is incredibly user-friendly, with an easy-to-navigate layout. The imagery is beautiful, and I really enjoy the overall look – it’s both visually appealing and functional. I look forward to reading more articles on Swoon!
Fantastic app
My favourite independent hotels all in my place!!
Beautiful app
This is a huge improvement on the old SLH app. Can log into my SLH Club account and see my past and future stays. Spoilt for choice for my next trip 🙂
Not So Luxury ?
Why won’t anyone put money to revamp and maintain the digital side of this brand ? So left behind.
No longer working?
Haven’t been able to open it for weeks. “Service is temporarily unavailable…”
More bugs than their beds
App is down for days.
Even when it’s working it’s poor functionality and complexity - just marketing and offers.

A waste
No option to log in or retrieve a booking
Rubbish apps
Does not allow you to login. Very difficult to book rooms on the apps.
A real let down for the hotels.
As previous reviewer said fix your app and make it user friendly.
