Watch for deceptive billing

Be wary of scammy billing practices and ineffectual customer service. Users are rushed to engage in a free trial and then no receipts are sent when auto-billed— not by email, text, etc. There isn’t a direct line to chat with a live rep or easily connect for effective customer support. Super disappointing experience.
