Watch for deceptive billing
Be wary of scammy billing practices and ineffectual customer service. Users are rushed to engage in a free trial and then no receipts are sent when auto-billed— not by email, text, etc. There isn’t a direct line to chat with a live rep or easily connect for effective customer support. Super disappointing experience.

Up to 3 times I was editing a files then when it came time to save the app closed itself and left the document blank

굿노트로 공부해서 검색기능 쓰려고 책500페이지짜리 pdf 넣었는데 ocr 변환 아에안되는데요; 용량크다고 구독하라해서 구독까지 했는데 걍 안됨
