Lost a star for no Apple Pay
This is my first experience with this business. But, I can't give 5 stars on a mobile app that doesn't integrate with Apple Pay.

You should not have to wait 23 minutes in line when there is only two cars ahead of you
App ain’t working
Keeps saying it’s taking longer than usual blah blah
Bad reward program
I mistakenly pressed in store use instead of online and a timer started not allowing me to go back to choose online.
Needs fixing
Service was good. First time decided to go there so they had a pretty cool special sign up and get a slider. Try to do the website website is garbage and is broken. Gave up went to the app took several tries to login kept crashing and having to reload again, would not apply the reward, app is trash too. Regardless of their failure to fix technical difficulties still decided to try it out. Mediocre burgers at best.

Jo’anna makes your restaurant interest go down because we all know locally she does not treat her customers well and me just finding out she works here I really don’t want to eat here no more but the food is good not customer service is poor

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Smalls will do very well! Hamburgers are really good! So much better than the old chains. You know the burgers are quality and the staffs acts like they love their job!
Add new restaurant locations to the app
I tried to add the newest location in Colorado, Northglenn, but it’s not listed for Pickup. Please add it so I can use the app.
