Lots of good, few minor tweaks to get 5*
I’ve had a few questions to ask customer services and they respond quickly and effectively.
To improve, the new app needs to have a section where I can see the entirety of today’s football games in one long list. At the minute they’re divided into leagues.
I’d also like to see my profit/loss for the calendar day, like you could in the old version of the app (at the minute, it’s a 24 hour period) & my ‘potential winnings’ for placed bets. That seems to have disappeared.
I’ll end by saying there are a wide range of events, which is a good thing.

Needs improvement
Live streaming of racing throws an error (Aug 2025)- restarting the app doesn’t solve
The bids go blank when moving from tabs at times and only way is to restart the app to resolve this
