Good service, poor app function
Been using this app for quite a while now and the overall service is great. The design is also good as an app and intuitive. BUT the system functions poorly on iOS. The markets will go blank when going between tabs, there’s lag and sometimes error messages for unknown reasons so you have to restart the app. It’s an ongoing issue that doesn’t get fixed and gets very frustrating.

Terrible customer service
Since I now never get a response from the support team by email I thought I’d leave a review. Don’t even try to earn a good wage from this app, as they’ll limit your deposit limit to 500 a month, and reject any kind of increase you request without even seeing relevant documents proving that an increase is necessary. I’ve used this app for over a month and earned a very good amount relatively, multiplying my earnings and making a good wage, yet now I can’t use it to my full limit since I’ve been restricted. Betfair is great, the customer service actually ask you for documents when asking for an increase, and have the same review team unlike smarkets being completed unrelated to their deposit team

Live streaming of racing throws an error (Aug 2025)- restarting the app doesn’t solve
The bids go blank when moving from tabs at times and only way is to restart the app to resolve this
