It’s sad when a company I bought out a thing that used an app to control prior hardware always gets left behind.
Nothing but issues
Sometimes the wifi works sometimes it doesn’t. Lately it hasn’t been working at all. But since I bought this charger it was gimmicky and a let down. I’ve even rebooted my wifi thinking maybe it’s that but still nothing. And the wifi light doesn’t even come on.

No Longer Works
Can’t seem to get any information from my charger because the app no longer allows me to sign in. Fix this please.

App not working
I bought the charger two weeks ago. I started using the charger. It works but the remote monitor app does not work. I removed the app from my phone because it’s useless now.
Can’t login
Worked great. Now I can’t login. So the app is use less.
Waste of time and money
It does not connect to the device.

Useless Feature
They promote and sell you on the capabilities of remote monitoring. They have not updated the App in 2 years. Buy a Deltron battery tender cheaper.
App connection no longer functions
Not sure what’s happened but after an iOS iPhone update the application stop connecting to the charger. App developers haven’t updated this app in a long time. Please fix the app so that your item works as it’s intended. Thank you!
Lost remote monitoring
This has worked for over a year. Now it will not allow me to login and check charge status. I know sears is going bankrupt, but I didn’t expect their products to stop working. Still charges but I bought it for the remote status capabilities which does not seem to work anymore.

Looses connection NG
If you are looking to be able to monitor your battery via the wireless function don’t waist your time buying thus charger. I had to return it and bought another one and had the same issue of not connecting even though it is connected to the internet.
Connection Error
Worked okay for the first month. Then it started giving me a connection error and won’t load. Tried reconnecting the charger to WiFi, logged out and back in etc... and still get the connection error.
Requires a cloud account to use.
Sigh, yet another IOT device that requires an account in order to use the product. So unnecessary.
