Doesn’t Work

Just download this app. Went to create an account and I got some error message. Doesn’t work.

Updated this review after the developer emailed me saying the issue was corrected. The sign up/in process went smoothly. Looking forward to using this app.

Doesn’t work

Went to create a mandatory account (why do I need an account unless you plan to profit from my personal information?). Then it wanted to verify my email. Email for verification was never sent. So I deleted app. You really don’t need this type stuff anyway if you shop the permitter of the store and only visit the aisles for olive oil and beans!

The reason for a personal account is that the app goes beyond a simple food scanner. It also allows you to track meals and health metrics over time and we need a way of knowing who's who. Your shopping strategy of eating around the perimeter of the store is a great one, and I encourage you to spread this excellent bit of advice! I agree there’s no absolute need for apps. This has been a personal passion project to offer an option for people who want not only to find healthier foods, but perhaps more importantly to build more balanced meals and recipes. But there are many approaches to healthy eating and it is important to find one that works personally. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. And wishing you good health. : )

Dumb bites?

Completely worthless. The promised inbound email to verify address never came (going on 45 minutes).

No confirmation email

Love the idea of this app but no matter what I try the email to confirm email address won’t come. Looked in junk and still nothing. :( Oh well.

I just downloaded and tried to create an account. Gets an error message about exceeding daily email limit.
