App keeps crashing
Every time I login and go to the members portal, it crashes. Please fix. It’s not just me.

Need to fix issues with members portal. Whenever i open it, application closes itself.

Its not working since long … do updates message showing on application but no updated version available was not expecting from H&R group to be that much weak in solving IT issues.

Since the latest update. Unable to login with Face ID on Apple. Please sort out.

Complexity
This app is not user friendly. By that I mean many things they have added doesn’t work. They have made it complicated. You need total overall easy app.
App broken since last update

Can’t register
The signup form contain fields with no title or information so you don’t know what to type in these fields
Credentials Text Color
While entering the credentials to login, the text appears to be in white colour. This makes hard to see whether the username and the password are being correctly entered. Please rectify.
Bad UI
Nothing is visible on the booking screen in dark mode..
App not working
The application have issues with displaying texts.
