Good, but flaws stop it being brilliant
The app is a very good dash cam app and could be brilliant apart from a few critical flaws in use. It's absolutely fine other than the fact the buttons simply say the word and there's no background or opacity to any of the buttons, which makes it difficult to see them if you are in a bright environment. For example the word "done" or "stop recording" is barely visible on the screen if you are filming something of a similar colour to the text because it's not actually a button, it's just the word.
The biggest problem I have is if you accidentally knock the power button, it just stops recording completely. If you switch to any other app at all, like a map while you're driving or even CarPlay or even music, it just stops recording completely. It does work but you have to have the app on all the time and can't do anything at all because it just then stops recording.
Also the auto-start recording feature only works when you first launch the app. If you switch to the music app to change the music you're listening to and then switch back, not only does it stop recording (which it shouldn't do) but then it also doesn't automatically restart recording. This means you have to manually fiddle with the app, taking your eyes off the road.
You can disable the side buttons using Guided Access but now this works with other apps. It doesn't work in this app. There's some glitch in the programming that means if you do set Guided Access on, it then locks you out. Although you can't press the side button by accident anymore and you will continue to record, you also can't do anything else whatsoever, including exiting the app, stopping Guided Access, or even rebooting the phone. You have to put the phone into Lost Mode or do the system reset reboot every single time.
Unfortunately despite thinking this is the best dash cam app there is, while in use I'm going to have to delete it and cancel my subscription because of these flaws that just make it effectively unusable in real life.

Good DashCam App without stabilizer
Easy to operate with occasional glitch, clear videos, main concern is shaking - almost all videos are jumping/shaking while driving. The App needs some kind of stabilizer function to make it work better. Much appreciated!
Speed register
The speed I am traveling is about 8-12mph slower than what is displayed on the app. I had my cruise control at 65 mph and it was showing 77-78 mph.
Change registration number
Hi, hoping someone in know will read this, I need to change the car registration number, as the car I first registered this app with has now been sold and I need to add the car, I might just be stupid, but i can’t find how to do it?
Fantastic app
I love this app. Dev’s are very responsive to requests for help and helped me get app stability/reliability in the 5.3.7 release for my iOS 26.2 iPhone 13 Mini 256gb.
Great dash cam app!
This is the best dash cam phone app I have tried. It is very useful as it saves me from buying a traditional dash cam and setting it up with lots of wires in my car, and the video quality is better too. I’ve experienced a small issue where the recording sometimes stops when a notification comes through to my phone, so it would be great if the developers could please fix this in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this app to all drivers!

Not good
The video is very shaky not clear at all. Plus it constantly cuts out, I made sure my 10 minute drive home was covered by setting it to 30 minutes but it cuts out half way home, so I’ve cancelled my subscription &!will be deleting it.

Works good BUT...
Upsetting that when the app is open it messes with my wireless carplay and makes my music distorted and quiet
Halts at 20% battery
This app stops recording when the battery pop up warns you at 20%. To be clear: THIS DASHCAM APP STOPS RECORDING AT 20%. Completely unacceptable for a safety feature.
Cant record in the background
Easy to use but the app requires you to have it open in order for it to record. As soon as you switch to another app (say google maps or Spotify) it ends the recorder and does that start again until you open the app back up. So unless you have a phone with no other function than to use this app, it's kinda useless.

I’ve been using this dashcam app for just over a year now and I swear by it! I used an old iPhone and the picture quality is excellent better than some actual dash cameras.
I might treat myself and get the paid version but the free one is excellent I would definitely recommend it and I am going to recommend it to all my family and friends who have iPhones 👍👍

Major problem
Started recording then opened my iPhone maps app, turns out this app won’t record while using maps making this totally useless
Heat issue
Tried to use continuously but it overheated my iPhone and shut the phone down after an hour. Unable to record a trip.
Best App possible, in my opinion
I tried at least a dozen apps. This one outdid them all. I'm using the free version, the only reason I'll get the paid version is to support the programer. The ads are not as disruptive as in other apps.

Why does my dashcam keeps crashing I did the update and it still crashes
