App worked fine until it didn’t. It says subscription is expired, though I don’t think it actually is. App crashes when trying to purchase again. Can’t get any support to resolve the issue.

In a class by itself! Organization and Automation. Customize forms for data entry. Enter data in one place and auto fill dozen or more pages. Have an error on page - correct it and it is corrected on every page. Calculate, sign docs and so much more!

Crashes every time I try to renew subscription

After seven years of using this product, I suddenly cannot reload the subscription or non-watermark sends. I emailed customer support, but have not got a response. Each time I try to renew the subscription or purchase the program crashes and then when I reopen it offers, she asked me to send a report which I do. Some of the documents I have I cannot send with the watermark. i’m sending the review as a one star in order to get some help here. Up to this point I’ve been very happy with Smart Forms but now it is useless unless this is corrected.
