App worked fine until it didn’t. It says subscription is expired, though I don’t think it actually is. App crashes when trying to purchase again. Can’t get any support to resolve the issue.

Crashes every time I try to renew subscription
After seven years of using this product, I suddenly cannot reload the subscription or non-watermark sends. I emailed customer support, but have not got a response. Each time I try to renew the subscription or purchase the program crashes and then when I reopen it offers, she asked me to send a report which I do. Some of the documents I have I cannot send with the watermark. i’m sending the review as a one star in order to get some help here. Up to this point I’ve been very happy with Smart Forms but now it is useless unless this is corrected.

Glitches with IOS 17
With IOS 17, When you open a folder and try to scroll down to see all the documents, it willl not allow you to scroll to the bottom. It kinda springs back up and will not allow access to the documents. Otherwise it works as it used to. IOS 16.7.1 works correctly. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I've emailed the company twice with zero response. Find some other software because this one has no customer support. very unfortunate.

Type on PDF Pro was Revolutionary in its time
I just have to say, when the developers first came out with Type on PDF Pro it was revolutionary for its time. That was Smart Forms predecessor. The amount of time it saved me at the end of each work day got noticed by everyone and soon they all got the app. Back in 2011-2012 the idea of adding a spreadsheet layer to a company form was brilliant. It took some time to set up your template, but once you did every work day got a little easier.

Crashes on my iPad and wont open
I used this app for years and pay an annual subscription fee. Since a month ago it crashes and does open on my ipad. Its been a month and all my documents are not accessible
App works great - and support got back within a few days
I use this app almost every day. Worked fine up until past Friday, and then on Sunday it kept crashing. I reached out to the developer, and someone responded Tuesday. They got my app back up and running. Thank you

It does not save doc unless you pay
Not Very Smart
There are much better apps that have a one-time cost of $5-$10 that are far superior to this app and are easier to use.
