Don’t bother
I get the service as part of my work package. I’ve tried to use it a few times now to just be bounced back when it comes to booking an appointment because if you’re ill, they don’t wanna know and their service isn’t suitable for you so unfortunately, I don’t know why this service is about if it’s not there to contact for support when you’re unwell. don’t bother installing it it’s the biggest waste of time you’ll ever know they just bounce you back and tell you to call 999 111 in an emergency

Unable to register
Got to the point where it asks my language but there are no options to select. However cannot proceed further until field is completed!
No set up email sent, tried twice, checked all mail folders
Have given up on this app, all details correctly filled in, they say set up email sent, but it doesn’t appear.
