Worse than useless
As other reviewers have said, app instructions are in broken English and even if you follow them, you can’t connect to wifi. Truely a waste and time and the app developers need to learn how to code properly. Don’t bother with it. All you can do is use the thermostat as a manual on/off switch. Complete waste of money.

Worst app I’ve ever used
I can’t even get through setup stage. Basic functionality like entering text into fields is buggy. I spent 10min trying to enter my email address to register. Now I’ve spent 30min adding device to WiFi and can’t as WiFi name can’t be selected.

Unable to connect to WIFi
Have tried on Various devices but have been unable to connect to the WIFi to get the most out of our heating. This was after it took forever trying to set up an account as it kept glitching out.
