Useless Chinese software app

This app is so trash, it offers nothing that the remote controller can’t do. The RGB lights don’t even work and I’m not surprised once I seen it was some obscure Chinese app. Ridiculous service

Can’t connect it

App sucks, doesn’t let you connect, have tried multiple ways to connect and nothing works.

It’s okay…

We installed the ceiling fan. Everything works amazing!Now, the app. It’s difficult to connect to. I simply followed the other reviewers advice and after 10-15mins I finally got it. However. It says there is an RGB option for it to change colors. I have yet to figure out how to do that. I see from other comments, no one else has figured out how either. It would be SO VERY HELPFUL. If the creator/company of the app and gadgets would respond. But I doubt they ever will.
