Worked great but now won’t login
This app worked well but now it won’t login at all. Light and fan now useless.
Not good
The app stopped working and now the fan portion of the unit doesn’t work. I was hoping if I could reboot everything through the app it might start. I don’t recommend this product if this app is attached to it

Why have an app if it’s not gonna work waste of time and money buying the remote!!!
App sucks
I had the fan for a year now and the remote works fine. We have a toddler so at times we cannot find the remote so the app worked great for 4-5 months and then kicked me out. I can no longer sign in and keeps giving me the same,”failed verification” error. It’s so baffling because it was working fine a one day it just said nope!

App no good
App just suddenly stopped working. Cannot log in, cannot reset password. Cannot do anything with the app. The only upside is the remote is still working. If I knew this would have happened I would NOT have purchased this item. The app was a very handy feature now it’s useless data on my phone. Please update/fix app.

The app does not let you log in says failed to log in, can’t register new account/ and if click support it all in a other language that ain’t English or French ?

The app is not working
“I purchased several light controllers from this brand, but when I try to register my email address, I get a message saying that the registration could not be completed and the verification code could not be sent. I’ve tried many times, but it won’t let me access the app to start adding my devices from this company.”

Worked for awhile, but now it won’t let me login. Try forgot password and won’t let me changed anything. Absolutely irritating.

I had this app installed and setup worked great. Then it logged me out and kept saying login failed. Gave up and deleted it. Tried again recently as having problems with my lights remote and the app still does not allow login or even to register with a new email address it’s rubbish don’t waste your time

Doesn’t work
The app logged me out and won’t allow me back in. It used to work just fine i don’t know what happened. I lost the remote for my ceiling fan so now I can only turn the light on and off from the light switch, but I can’t use the fan anymore. If the app worked it would be very useful.

App Not Working
It was working fine, but now I can’t log into the app. It says that my login failed, but when I try to reset my password, I get an error. I can’t create a new account either. I now have two non-functional lights in my house because this stupid app won’t work.
Bad update
App is now useless since the update. Cannot sign in to use it.
