App asks too many question and doesn’t easily get to actually printing!

I’ve always had great success with the printing using HP, but scanning and total use of advertised functions have been more challenging

TOO MANY DIFFERENT APPS
It takes the patience of Jobe to figure out which of the 1004 different apps you need and then you are forced to subscribe to a “free” service that YOU DO NOT NEED just to get to the app. You people are out of touch with your market audience

This sucks. Who cares about the worthless extra features. I can't use my printer unless it's subscribed. Don't get anything HP unless you don't mind.

No support. Printer keeps going offline and wont print. Im connected to wifi but still nothing. When you try to contact support, it just takes you to a Facebook page. Everybody asks questions there's nobody to give answers.

My only complaint is the ink doesn’t last long
Total rip off
On May 24th I paid for an annual subscription. They have been billing me $9.99 a week since then for the same access. Reported as fraud. Beware.

Rubbish black mailing HP.
I took the Tesco’s ink out put ph . In and you still won’t let me use my print. I do not do enough printing to warrant paying money I print once a week maybe twice a week. I’m going to throw this printer in the bin and buy one that doesn’t demand money from me and everyone I know will hear about HP demanding money because I bought what I thought was a good make … how wrong can you be well I’ve learned a lesson …
