I do not like this app. It asked me to scan the brand name on my printer and gave me the wrong name. It also only gave me AirPrint options Trying now to locate how to cancel the 3 day trial.

Junk Printer and Scheme to get $
Had this printer for a very short period of time when we experienced a power failure. Printer would not reconnect to network. We have tried everything. Then HP wants you to subscribe to the smart program for $59.99 a year to install your printer. That doesn’t work either. I’m over HP and their deceptive business practice.

Not worth it
If I could give zero stars I would HP is absolutely shocking printer won’t print anything when the paper tray is full and still says there is a problem the ink is full but won’t print anything even payed the subscription fee and won’t do a thing

HP Instant INK ADVERT
They show you an HP instant ink advertisement that they make notoriously hard to get rid of so you’re stuck into purchasing their subscription to get ink whenever you want.
The issue is, I just wanted to connect my printer because trying to get your printer to work with all of the purple and rainbow flashing light is an exercise and insanity.
I wish that Apple would just make a printer and just call it the EZ printer and then HP would go out of business!
