The connectivity is occasional. SOMETIMES it gets right to work. Sometimes you can’t find a way (pdf, txt, doc, docx, Epson resources… magic incantations.

Data collection tool
The fact I have to install an app on my phone to use a printer on a desktop computer at work is ridiculous and just a way for you all to collect additional data that’s none of your business. The software I installed on the desktop computer for this printer should be ALL I need to use it. End of story! Also, don’t hit me with some excuse about how this is intended to be convenient and useful. It’s only so you can collect data on additional people.

Have not been able to get anything to print - not worth $49/year - I don’t understand why Apple charges you to print documents. Just another why to get in your pocket

The overall technical support is poor.Needed to print a document not sign the Magna Carta…..HP need to get rid of this bots,ho back to humans support as the app will not work and then wants subscription after updating…..HP wants membership….for gods sake man all we want to do is print a blooming document why complicate things.
