Best remote app for sony TV

Don’t hesitate to download, just a one time payment and works in all the sony tvs at home. We lost the remotes all the time and now I don’t mind anymore where they are 🤣 thank youuuu 🩷🩷🩷

The app is works, but it frequently disconnects. Additionally, keyboard in the app doesn't work.

Any trouble shooting tips? The iPhone and Sony Bravia Smart Tv are on the same subnet same Wi-Fi networks. Please help because I love this app and paid for it so please help me. Thank you
