How do I reset my pin
Can’t access password
I turned on the lock on the app and I don’t have a password set. It says change password but I don’t have one! And it wont start. They don’t answer my email!!!!
Unlock
I had the same problem of it locking & I couldn’t get it unlocked. I tried my password & it still would not unlock. Then I tried “1234” & it unlocked for me. The user manual could be improved.
I turned on the lock now it won’t unlock

Es segunda vez que se me enllava mi patineta. La App no permite desenllavar con la clave que implementé.
