Projector broke after a few months and customer support does nothing. Big waste of money!
Don’t buy if you don’t have the 2.0
So I’m trying to draw my picture and it’s not showing up for no reason but when I tried to draw anything else, it shows up perfectly like stuff on the app don’t download it

This is a thing that you drawn if you take a picture of it, you won’t get steps if you don’t take a picture of it and it’s just on the smart sketcher that you didn’t take a picture of it will give you a steps if this is a fun thing where you draw it helps me. I can almost do handwriting with my really cute stitch. All of my fans. Love me bye

So, i, as a kid, had a smart sketcher, and a it won’t work anymore, my parents don’t know what’s going on with it tho :(

Hey there it’s Vekcm75, if you have a smart sketcher, this will be the perfect app for you. You can take a picture of whatever you want to draw. I know Great right. Since I did the journal review like what this is now I wanted to do more of you so this is the one that is for those that have a smart sketcher become the smartest artist so back to you can take a photo of what you wanna draw and it on the projector and you can trace it so this is a pretty good app I mean, obviously I own this app to so I’ve obviously had so much experience and I was once trying to draw one and it looked so identical no differences wish I could show you. Oh, and don’t forget you can go on the Internet and copy your photo and you can use that too, so that’s all the time we had for today, cause I need to get in the bath now bye!

You have to continue paying
So I invested in this for my kiddos and it was a lot! But it sounded neat and I hoped it would be worth it in the end. The biggest sellers to me vs other models were that they can use any picture on your phone or online (not just 16) and give you step by step instructions. Buuuut you get to pay monthly for that option. On top of the $120 for the toy. I wouldn’t have gotten it if I knew that, although I’m sure it was in the small print somewhere.

Terrible don’t buy
App is very clunky. We couldn’t connect it with our Amazon fire tablet at all. The connection via Bluetooth would work on and off with my iPhone, but when it did connect, I wasn’t able to do anything else with my iPhone as switching between apps would kill the connection. This doesn’t work for me because I want to be able to use my phone while my daughter draws. We are returning this for a refund.

It helped me learn how to draw better thank you smART sketcher! I got the smART sketcher last Christmas in 2024 and before I barely could draw and now I’m super good at drawing

It was so good with all the updates. I love the smart sketch. I have one and it was so good.
App doesn’t work
The app worked great for a while. Now when you try to sign in, it just times out. I went to the website to try and contact someone since I use this for cookies orders and the website wasn’t even working. Very annoying.
Breaks easily
My mom bought this for my son for Christmas. He used it for just a few hours and then put it away for a while when he went back to use it again it no longer worked. I reached out to the company for support and they kind of gave me the runaround and then told me it was normal wear and tear and that there was nothing they could do. Then they offered me some discount on some paper products? I don’t know. It was weird. We won’t be buying one of these again. TLDR it breaks easily and the company doesn’t back their product up.

It’s good but not good at the same time
I really do like this, but I also wish it was more simple like you have to pay for good quality tracing. It’s disappointing that the normal tracing is bad. It’s all pixelated and when you trace it it just looks wrong. I hope you try to improve this at least a little. But over all it’s good.

It’s true when you don’t take pictures because if you do, you don’t get to follow the instructions and it’s the worst because I keep on taking pictures of my family and trying to draw them, but then when I take a picture, it does not take instructions so I suggest-to not Take pictures on this game
Unable To Set up New Account
Got this for Christmas. Went through the set process and tried to create a flycatcher account. Account creation fails every time. Just says “oops something went wrong, try again later”. This seem like a new bug to me. Please update and fix this issue soon. Not being able to use flycatcher really caps the functionality of this thing.
