Nothing in the App Store description tells you that this is a client app for a program that costs a minimum of $500/year! Yes, you read that right. You can’t use this app without renting it for $500 per year. If you’re an individual just wanting to create SOP’s, this app is NOT for you.
SMART SOP
This app is an incredibly powerful tool to assist staff at all levels within an organization to create a very useful management tool. As a consultant this tool allows me to assist clients with creating effective SOPs in a very reasonable time. It also allows for trial and error to improve and refine processes to achieve compliance and minimize risk. Great job!

SOPs and LockOut/TagOuts were a snap
I help develop safety polices for a lot of clients and this tool in my toolbox is awesome. It made the formatting so effortless and smooth. I also love the capability to insert pictures at each step. Highly recommend it!

If you want your SOPs in the hands of your team when they need them, this is the perfect solution. Simple to use interface makes developing new SOPs or converting your existing SOPs a breeze. Add as much detail as you need, including photos. Easy.
Now, employees with a cell phone or tablet have what they need at their fingertips, helping even the inexperienced employees feel more confident about getting the task done right the first time. Worthy investment.

Excellent resource for outlining appropriate procedures to ensure safety. The option to add video is especially useful and allows for a level of clarity that I find invaluable. 👍
Too Costly for SMB
I’ve been searching for a solution like this for a long time, even considered building myself, so I was pretty disappointed that it is astronomically priced for a small business owner like myself.
Why not at least offer a monthly plan??
Shelling out $500 at once is incredibly risky, and the free trial is a joke, considering it takes a lot more than 2 weeks to fully deploy, test, and get feedback from staff on usability.
Developers, you have something with incredible potential here...but your pricing strategy is garbage IMHO.
I’ll check back to see if this (hopefully) changes...

Smart SOP Does the Job
Smart SOP is designed to allow an individual to create a specific task with simple or complex procedures. Once this task has been created, one can follow uniform procedures to complete the job time and again. Interface is user friendly and well engineered. Great app!
