Totally SUCKS!!
After downloading the app from the QR code on the paperwork that came with the Eagle Ray water testing kit and installing it. The app keeps giving an error message “Something went wrong.Please try again.” Totally useless product if it wont even let you register!
Doesn’t Work
Photo import does not work. No Manuel import. Without test results, there are no recommendations. Annoying.
Date incorrect
When I enter results the date is one day greater than current date and time entered is incorrect. App will not send recommendations to email even though the email is correct in profile.
Doesn’t work
Information uploaded but no capturing of the image or ability to upload results.
Buggy when working
At first this app had some minor bugs, until it became useless after a few weeks of use. The recommendations stopped working, after 4 days and a call, still no resolution.
