QR CODE to use on other devices doesn’t work
Having downloaded this on my phone to setup the account, I thought it would be pretty simple to log in the kids on their tablets. However the QR code is completely rubbish. I have tried all 3 devices to try and get even one of them to scan it. I’m livid. Apple did a hide-my-email so that wasn’t helpful either. I’ve cancelled the subscription before we can even use the trial. All I got was a waste of my time and 3 disappointed kids.

So i figure ill test this ap see how my kid does. Shes 8 struggles with reading n writing n nothing grabs her attention So i choose 7 days free. 1 something a week billed yearly. It installs immediatly im billed back to back 1.99 then 89.99. Ummmm that was not the deal. So i go to cancel blocking payment n remove. I dont do shady n i see theres an array of plans. Priced same different plan names. Thoroughly confused maybe i need the app
Added thought. Sure seems to be alot of the same complaint for the negative reviews. Whats the saying if 2 or more are saying it it must be true! Neginming to thing the good reviews are fake. Just a thought. And if ur reading trying to decide if you will take a chance. Just use your cash app. Your able to block payees For example i keep zero money in the immediate account, i keep in savings that has overdraft off. So when the crooks like here tried to collect they were declined. Now i go block them. No loss. Try it. Ull change the way you subscribe 😁

No reminder to cancel!
I started a trial for my 5 year old who found it too babyish and not interesting. I forgot to uninstall it and then got billed £69.99 for an annual subscription! Appealed it with Apple but they've rejected my appeal so I'm out of pocket 70 quid for nothing :((( I feel cheated. I feel we should have been sent a reminder that a subscription was about to start and that we needed to cancel now if we don't want to proceed. We just can't afford that amount of money to be wasted, and I'm sure it's the same with many people these days.

The promotion is a lie
I was all for keeping the app with the 1 week free and $1.73 a week charge as the promotion to download the app advertised. Then come to find out they charge the full 89.99 all at once free trial ends. Had to cancel app due this can’t afford to pay all at once. Fix your ads to be truthful and not bait and switch. Overall my daughter did love the app and games. If you can afford to pay all at once I do recommend the app.

Kid’s Mental health hazard
As navigation for certain pages are missing triggering anger in toddlers or kids.
Uncontrollable behavior.
Also if your amount for a year is deducted it is not refundable.
Unethical customer care. There is no proper requirement if you sneak peak. They are using Unicef for selling purpose don’t get fooled.
More distraction within learning so don’t expect more from kids after using the app.
Give Dave app a try- a free one but less content will be sufficient.

Perfect for learning through play
I love that it’s both educational and fun. My son can use it on his own, and I can track his progress easily. One of the best kids’ apps we’ve tried.
Totally worth the subscription
I was skeptical at first, but after the free trial I decided to subscribe. My son is actually learning while having fun, and I feel better knowing he’s using something safe and meaningful.
A great alternative to passive videos
Finally something different from the usual passive video content. My son is more engaged and interacts much more. Giving 4 stars only because I’d love to see even more content added.
